Thomas Wayne Huepers

Thomas W. Huepers, 71, of Weimar, went to his Heavenly home on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Stevens Nursing & Rehab Center, Hallettsville, TX after a lengthy illness. 

Thomas was born December 17, 1950 in Schulenburg, TX to Pete W. and Tillie (Rabel) Huepers. He attended St. Michael's School, Weimar Junior High and Weimar High School.

He worked at several jobs in the Weimar area, and lastly at MG Farm Service Center in Weimar until his health declined. His favorite hobbies were hunting and fishing.

A Memorial/Celebration of Life for Thomas will be held Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. at Hubbard Funeral Home in Weimar with Reverend Glen Schoenberg officiating.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. - 10:00 A.M. with a private internment at St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery following the service.

Thomas is survived by his son, Joshua Huepers of Schulenburg, his sisters, Patricia (Pat) Havel, of Houston, Joyce Fishbeck and husband, Mark of Cypress, and Deborah Marburger and husband, Dan of Weimar, and nieces and nephews; Rhonda Esterak and husband, Jay of Cypress; Chris Havel and wife, Sharlene of Sealy; and Sharyn Ramsey and husband, Matt of Waller and Craig Fishbeck of Conroe; great-nieces and nephews; Emaleigh Esterak, Maddison Esterak, Hunter Havel, Hayden Havel, Hayley Havel, Kailey Ramsey and Brady Ramsey and one aunt and one uncle and numerous cousins.

Thomas was preveded in death by his grandparents, parents and one brother-in-law, Marcus Havel.
