Nicolasa Marie (Mata) Ramirez

Nicolasa Ramirez “Nikki”, of Weimar, passed away on Friday, May 7, 2021 at the age of 70. She was born on March 16, 1951 in Schulenberg, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Ramirez Sr, son, Joe Ramirez Jr.; parents Anastacio and Adela Mata; brothers: Nick, Andrew, Jessie, Johnny, and George Mata; sister, Margaret Mata.

Survivors include her children, Liz Noska, Virginia Kianes, Audrey Garza, Mary Rosales, Jennifer Ramirez, Chris Ramirez, Barbara Ramirez, Brenda Caballero, Carolyn Schneider, Rocky Ramirez; sixteen grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren; brother, Marcellino Mata; sister, Micaela Munoz.

The Visitation will be held at the Hubbard Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, May 13, 2021 and will begin at 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. The Burial will follow afterwards at the St. Michael’s Catholic Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Rocky Ramirez, Chris Ramirez, Chad Schneider, Roland Rosales, David Garza, Jay Thompson, Chris Caballero, Alexander Hernandez.
