Harry Noe, III Obituary

Harry Key Noe III, 78 years old, died Tuesday, May 23rd, 2023.

Harry is survived by his wife of 40 years, Janet, his daughter Tracy (Cotto) and Tim Cotto, his son Harry Key Noe IV, and his five grandchildren, Sidney, Reece Key, Andie, Haven, and Hunter. He was born in Houston, the son of Harry Key Noe II and Norma Jean Connor, Harry and Janet made their home in Weimar in 1999.

After high school, Harry enlisted in the Marine Corps and served for four years, including two tours in Vietnam. He received many commendations and medals during this time and concluded his service as a Sergeant. Once a Marine, always a Marine, Harry was devoted to the Corps. He returned home to earn an Associate Degree in Business at what is now the University of Houston. He worked for Majors Books for many years and then in the publishing industry. Harry and Janet started their own business, C.H.I.P.S., distributing professional books throughout the world.

Known for his unique personality, Harry came from simple means as a child and was the oldest of four children. While his mother worked tirelessly, he helped to take care of his three younger siblings. He was a devoted father who worked his whole life to build a proud legacy for his family. A true philanthropist, Harry believed in giving back to the community and helping those in need. He loved Weimar and its people. He was a man of few words, but those words always meant something. Harry always said that he had three treasures in life, his wife Janet, his son Harry, and his daughter Tracy.

Harry is preceded in death by his mother Norma Jean Connor, his father Harry Key Noe II, his stepfather Frank Connor, and his brother Gary Noe.

The funeral will be held at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church in Dubina, Texas on Friday, June 2nd at 2:00 p.m.
