Andy Novak

Andrew “Andy” Adolph Novak, 62, passed away on October 12, 2022 from complications following a neurological viral infection. He fought for his life for many years but his body just could not overcome the overwhelming stress he endured over the last few weeks.

Andy is survived by his beautiful wife of 40 years, Vicky, and his children: Jackie, Wendy/husband AJ, and Brian. He was also a proud Papa to his grandchildren: Gavin, Mason, Lori Anne, Andie, Lainey, and Easton. Additional survivors include: Brothers - James Novak, Johnny Novak/wife, Susan; Sisters - Sharon Novak, Dorothy Antosh/husband Donald, and Becky Heger/husband Paul. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Mary Novak, and Brother, Peter. Andy was known for his love for family, cooking and a good game of dominoes. He never met a stranger and will be missed by so many.

Funeral services will be held at St. Michael Catholic Church in Weimar, Texas on Tuesday, October 18, 2022. Visitation will begin at 9am with a Rosary following at 10am and a memorial mass at 10:30am. Interment will take place at the St. Michael Catholic Cemetery in Weimar, Texas after mass.

A small reception will be held in Andy’s honor at the Weimar KC Hall following the burial.
